Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When we purchased our home we knew we would be dropping a pool in the ground and had a vision. After talking to several pool builders Bliss was the only one who understood that vision and did a phenomenal job bringing it to life. Not only did they get the vision right, they also did it quickly enough that we are able to enjoy it for another few weeks before it gets cold.

Jeff walked us through color choices and was very patient with my ever changing mind. I am so happy I took his advice on the waterfalls and pebble. We love our pool, day and night. The soothing waterfalls and the beautiful pebble color along with the changing lights made our oasis complete. At night everything shines. Thank you Bliss Pools for all that you did to make our backyard paradise complete. We recommend anyone in the Houston area that’s looking to build a pool, call Bliss Pools ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with Bliss Pools has been exceptional. We first met Jeff Watkins before we purchased our home. With no obligation and knowing it would be at least 1-2 years before starting our pool, he prepared a detailed custom design. Once we moved into our home, 18 months later we contracted Bliss to build the pool and wow, it turned out fantastic!

Jeff was always honest and flexible throughout the construction process. He listens and works with you and honors reasonable requests. He truly cares and prides himself on customer satisfaction. If something isn't right, he will do his best to fix it. He has tremendous integrity and never once did he do anything to deceive us. From my past experience with building pools (this is my 3rd), that is the key trait for us that sets Bliss apart from the rest.

If we were to repeat the process, we would absolutely use Bliss Pools again! We highly recommend Jeff Watkins and Bliss Pools.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the very beginning, Bliss Pools stood out as the most responsive company we considered. They communicated clearly about every aspect of the project upfront and worked closely with us to design a beautiful pool that fit within our budget.

Their team handled everything, including submitting the application to our HOA and guiding the project through the approval process. The entire staff was wonderful to work with, and we truly could not be happier with the finished pool. We are thoroughly enjoying it and would highly recommend Bliss Pools to anyone considering building a pool!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Aaron, the project manager, and Jeff the owner has been outstanding from the very beginning of our pool build. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family throughout the entire process.

Building a pool can be stressful, but Aaron and Jeff made everything easy. He was always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy.

The quality of work, communication, and customer service have been nothing short of excellent. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has been handled and how smoothly the entire project has gone. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and truly puts their customers first.

I highly recommend BLISS POOLS to anyone looking to build a pool. He has exceeded every expectation we had, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for our family. Thank you, BLISS POOLS for making this such an amazing experience!
