With no obligation and knowing it would be at least 1-2 years before starting our pool, he prepared a detailed custom design.  Once we moved into our home, 18 months later we contracted Bliss to build the pool and wow, it turned out fantastic!

Jeff was always honest and flexible throughout the construction process.  He listens and works with you and honors reasonable requests.  He truly cares and prides himself on customer satisfaction.  If something isn't right, he will do his best to fix it.  He has tremendous integrity and never once did he do anything to deceive us.  From my past experience with building pools (this is my 3rd), that is the key trait for us that sets Bliss apart from the rest.

If we were to repeat the process, we would absolutely use Bliss Pools again!  We highly recommend Jeff Watkins and Bliss Pools.

Aaron, the project manager, and Jeff the owner has been outstanding from the very beginning of our pool build. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family throughout the entire process.

Building a pool can be stressful, but Aaron and Jeff made everything easy. He was always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy.

The quality of work, communication, and customer service have been nothing short of excellent. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has been handled and how smoothly the entire project has gone. Next up is landscaping!

We entertain a lot, so we really needed a space to have an outdoor kitchen and our family spends a lot of time out here. So we just really, we needed a lot bigger space than what we had. Our backyard before was really functioning and now it's very functioning for entertainment. The patio was very short. I mean maybe ten feet from a back door that was it and the rest was all just grass. So they expanded our patio, I think fifteen feet, stepped it down, built the outdoor kitchen with fans and a TV set up, electricity. They put the pool and everything in, now we have more room, more space to entertain for sure. And I guess as far as the design goes, you know, it's it's a very functioning pool for sure. I don't know as far as the colors and the patterns and the size of the hot tub or whatever else that was just kind of Bliss Pools doing. They they gave us a bunch of options, they're very they they they worked with us a lot because they gave us a couple ideas, and Brianna was like, well, I think I wanna do something like this. They said, no problem. Look here. We've got a couple other designs, other tiles and stuff that we went through, and they were they they helped us. There wasn't a wrong answer when it came to picking anything out. And, and when they gave us an idea and we said, well, we're thinking more like this, they said no problem. And then they opened up another book or gave us another paper and said, okay, what about this? They were super good about last minute changes. I think we added a couple feet. They were about to dig the next day and we ended up adding like three more feet to the pool and they got it done. That's right. Yeah, because they came out, they spray painted everything, marked it, said, Do you guys look over it, check it, make sure it's good? And that's right. I think it was the day before excavation or a couple of days before they started digging. Decided, I think we want a little wider, maybe I think a one foot wider, maybe three foot longer. They said, no problem. They made the adjustment super quick. And even part of the patio, there was a section of the patio that we just looked looked kinda bare to us. We said we wanna do something here. And again, Mike and Jeff gave us a couple of ideas and said, we can do this. We can add concrete here. We can have a nice little furniture section. So that was the last that was actually in the middle of everything. That wasn't even before project. I was in the middle of the project. We we changed some stuff, they were very capable and adjusting, to fixing all of our problems. I wanted to give it to you all. You. Thank you. Thank you. You. Yeah, we've had it for all summer long and I think you and the kids have been in it all summer every day. So it's been good. The pool stays cool. The design, spot where the pool is, is perfect. Worked out well. A couple of things I think that we would bring up to people who are looking at having a pool is maybe not to settle. Know, they'll come up with certain ideas or certain designs and just because they give you an idea and they say, oh, this has worked for us in the past. This has been perfect. If you don't like it, say something. That was one thing again that Mike worked with us big time. There was a lot of things he said, Hey, I'll have a lot of clients who've enjoyed this. And we said, Well, like that, but we want half of that and we want to do the other half this portion what we like. And he said, I've never done that before, or I have had clients do that in the past. I think it's perfect. I would definitely say don't settle, make what you want. Because once it's there, it's there. There's no changing. It's set. I think one of the things that I wanted, when we built a pool was an outdoor kitchen because again, we entertain, we do a lot of things outside and it's like, know, this is what we kind of imagined. We want kind of a big spot, a nice covered area to hang out. And Mike said everything. He's like, got the contacts. I've got the connections. They built us an outdoor covered area with two fans. They even set in the grill that is hooked up right to natural gas, that was a seamless, flawless design and addition to our pool. And again, I think something that, you know, if you're looking at a pool, stuff like that, little stuff, you're not looking at just the pool, you're looking at the concrete, you're looking at the colors, you're looking at the design, you're looking at what else do you want. And Bliss Pools definitely from the beginning to the end, were there with us and gave us all kinds of ideas and helped us through. One thing that we've had complimented about our pool is how things seem to be done correctly by then from people who have had pools built from other companies is that Bliss Pool did some of the small things right. As far as even the small things as filters or the texture in the concrete, pumps, auto fills, leak detection, stuff like that. I think when they poured the pool, the end was our pool kind of goes, our backyard is on a decline. So they said, look, we're gonna have a footer poured so that the pool doesn't slide, which we've had, I've heard of problems like that, stuff like that before. So Bliss definitely did the extra work and did the diligence to make sure that there's not gonna be problems in the future. And if there were any problems, which there were not many problems at all during construction, again, Bliss picked up the phone within twenty four hours if there was any issue. They had it fixed. They're super easy to get ahold of. Again, some other pool companies we've heard in the past, they can be kind of fly by night. They're here today. You try to get ahold of them, you know, next summer, for pool cleanings or warranty work. You can't get ahold of them, or they they've just changed company names. They've closed down, opened up something new. The pool business can be, from what I've been told, a shady, I said, fly by night kind of ordeal and Bliss Pools is there. They've got a lot of backing to them and experience in the pool business. They've done, like I said, from the beginning to the very end, everything done correctly one hundred percent.

You know, when we lived in South Carolina, we didn't have a pool and we had a lot of friends who did. So for us, it was always going to someone else's house or having to arrange when they were home and then our kids were still, you know, wearing floaties, life vests and we moved here and decided to get the pool for the kids and just within three days of being in it every single day like the kids were swimming they didn't need any help they were jumping in the deep end it's been great we don't have to load up to go anywhere. It's in our backyard. We're still in it almost every single day. We love it. It was a great, great addition. Had a pool for about three or four months now. Is that right? Yep. And then we met Jeff with Bliss Pools and he came out and from day one top of the line of communication. And then as soon as the project actually started, man, he's out here every day. We actually thought that he was just gonna move in with us at some point because he was just part of our family. Yeah. But well, in all seriousness, he was here at the beginning at every day that something major was happening. He was here at the beginning of the dig. He was here at the beginning of any tiling, coping. He was here the day the plumbers showed up. He was here when the gunite was being poured. Like, he made his presence known. He every question we had was answered. He was very accessible to us before the project even began all the way through. And that was probably one of the biggest points for why we chose Bliss Pools just top of the line communication always easy to get ahold of even late in the day, he'd respond back, pretty quickly. We ended up meeting his family. He's a good family man. So from kind of all those choices, and where he came in on his price point and with all the features that he had to offer, he beat out, the other, three to four, places that we priced. And I'm sure those places do well, and are great pool companies as well, but we were very happy, that we chose both pools and got to work with Jeff. He, may or may not want this advertised, but he built this thing in twenty one days from the day that he started digging to that it was full to the brim. It was twenty one days. I think we just hit the timing right. Mean, was perfect. Everything lined up one right after the other. Had no delays. Everything went in smoothly. Man, I think we got probably the best experience out of that. Yeah. So, obviously, we can't promise that, but everything to the layout, switching things around, and actually, when I think about it, I think that's probably one of the reasons that we really like Jeff is when we were looking at designs, he brought his computer, he showed us a rendering of what it would look like. When we asked a simple question, he just opened the computer up, started moving around to show us exactly what we were speaking about. In the end of about an hour, he had completely revamped and changed this pool to what you see behind us. Because we're back and forth between a free form or geometric and then hot tub, no hot tub, where we want the hot tub, waterfall and everything else. All the way down to how deep do we want the pool and how does that change the slope. I mean every little bit of detail. He sat there and tweaked with us as we tried to it out. Yeah, everything was, was upfront. He, everything he told us from the beginning was the way that it worked and everything that was in the contract is was upfront. There were no hidden fees. There were no hidden oops, I forgot to tell you about something. Everything was copacetic. And then as we've mentioned a couple times, I mean it's a beautiful pool we have behind us. It's completely changed its backyard and our kids have been in it since day one. If you're trying to pick a pool builder you definitely want to know that they are available for any questions you've got like that's a huge decision that's a lot of money. You want to know that they're going to work with you and that they helping you with your design like it doesn't have to be their design and the way they want it but rather okay what do you want out of the pool and let's build it together and that was exactly what Bliss gave us. It was a collaboration on every advice that they had designs designs that they have built before, and then they completely listened to everything that we said we wanted and that's how we got what we have. We work together. If you think about getting a pool, I'd highly recommend Bliss Pools. We did a lot of research. There are a ton of pool companies out there that I'm sure do a great job. However, Bliss Pools is top of the line and we really can't exaggerate how great it was working with Jeff. So if 're in the process of looking for a pool and doing your research, I'd highly recommend, giving Bliss Pools a call and let Jeff come over and just show you what he has to offer. And I bet that, you'll be just as happy, as we were. As we are. As we are. Sorry. But I need to do that again. There you go.
